Senior Living Homes

The Harrington Street project consists of the new building project of 13 senior living homes in Elderslie. These homes have been meticulously designed to meet accessibility standards.

PROJECT DETAILS:
Excavation was key for our client to begin the build of this important project. We were appointed to remove and dispose of existing fences, demolish and remove the old pool on site, fill in the pool space, excavate the site in preparation for build, and install concrete sleeper retaining walls. We created an expansive 1300-metre squared concrete driveway.

To manage stormwater on the site council required the installation of an on-site detention (OSD) tank. Additionally, this project involved the establishment of turf areas, garden beds, and an irrigation system for easy maintenance of irrigation for the residents.
