The Ellis Lane home is a large acreage property new build property with a blank canvas for landscape design. We worked closely with the client to understand their design brief and how they wanted to use their large outdoor space. The works were completed in stages in line with the client’s timeline.

PROJECT DETAILS:
The clients required a complete solution. From excavation, concreting and landscaping. We began by excavating the property and leveling out the outdoor areas. Retaining walls were then installed – with concrete sleepers, and showcase sandstone block retaining walls to suit the Hampton’s style look of the property. We poured the laundry slab and hot water slab for essential services for the property.

With the land and building structure in place, we moved to complete the first section of turf installation so the family could enjoy the exterior and keep dirt traffic to a minimum. We then formed and poured the double concrete driveway and color-sealed it in grey.
